The six course menu follows the theme of traditional Japanese kaiseki and focuses on COLORS!
Chawanmushi, chili oil, yellow chive, dill and yuzu
Ice cucumber with koji
Black gomadare, noodles, cured egg, shiso with black radish
Ginger purple cabbage okonomiyaki with persimmon sauce
Meal is vegetarian and will include beer and sake.
Fifteen seats are available.
